I start with the customer journey and the evidence behind it. Research is a practice, not a stage gate. Most of the decisions in these case studies came from watching people use the product rather than asking them what they wanted. AI changes the work, not the principle: the best AI products still begin with what a person is trying to do.
I am hands on. I redesign the product and the process at the same time. At Canto, I rebuilt the team and workflow around an agentic-first AI SDLC, so design, product and engineering could ship an AI product at pace.
